Novo New Dining with Stephan

Hey guys,

Welcome back to my blog and during these COVID-19 times, it is very hard to get outside and take some outfit pics. I did, however, go out for dinner last week and had the most amazing dining experience at NOVO New Dining in Maastricht, together with my love; Stephan of course! We had a five-course dining experience with some very nice dishes, the menu had already been decided for us, we only had to mention any allergies or dislikes and we would get surprised during the night. For me, this meant getting a menu without meat and without lactose in it because I am lactose intolerant. 

As you can see on the pictures, we started off with a freshly baked bread and onion marmalade. And of course, Stephan had to eat that for me otherwise I would be full instantly haha. The first round was a herring chopsteak and looked amazing. After that, we got served a soup, for which Stephan got an asperges soup with cream snd for me they made a thais curry soup, which was delicious but very spicey.
