Hey guys,
So there was this period in my life where not everything was rainbows and sunshine. For this period of time, I really needed some external help and bought this. I re. I read a lot of it about it on Instagram and one of my favourite influencers; Mimi Ikon uses it too. she always writes in it in the morning and I always wondered how it would help me. So, there was this period in my life where not everything was rainbows and sunshine. For this period of time, I really needed some external help and bought this journal. I read a lot of it about it on Instagram and one of my favourite influencers; Mimi Ikon uses it too. she always writes in it in the morning and I always wondered how it would help you. That's when I also decided to order the journal online, cause apparently you can't buy it in The Netherlands in-store so that's what I did.
I got it a few days later and started using it immediately, and guess what? It actually really helps. You start off by writing in it every morning and write down three things you are truly great full for. and this is how you start your day with a positive way of thinking. You also write the things you would hope to happen that day that would make the day extra great. I especially love the quotes that are given every day. They really stick into your head the whole day and keeps you going. There is also a weekly challenge that will get you out of your comfort zone now and then and is really helpful for the people who are a little bit introvert.
For the evening there are also a few questions you have to answer. Three amazing things that happened that day and how you could have made the day even better. As you can see it is all about positive energy and a positive look on your day even if you are feeling down. I love this method. I used to be so positive but through the years I've lost it for a little while and this really helped me get my spirit back! It is also nice to look back into the journal to see what made me happy and got me through the darker days, If you are feeling the same or going through something similar, I really recommend this journal. It will make a difference.
