Brunch at Kasteel Vaeshartelt

Hey guys,

For my best friend's birthday Julie, I took her to Kasteel Vaeshartelt Maastricht, to have a brunch together before I went to Malaga, Spain with Stephan. I also bought her some gifts but this was more to have a nice day together and talk before her actual birthday was. My outfit was a skirt from Mango with a top from Zara and some cute sandal heels from Pull & Bear. The weather was not super great so I topped it off with a scarf in the same colour pallet and of course a handbag. Julie and I always try to dress up to an event because we like to get ready together and the fact that we look good gives us confidence haha. We both wore the colours beige/white/cream to match together.

The skirt is made from this kind of bath fabric which is really comfortable to wear. I also wanted to buy the top that was supposed to be on it but I bought the skirt for Easter with Stephan's family and the top wasn't really suitable for the event. So I didn't buy the top, which I now really regret. All in all, I do have enough clothes to match it with this skirt so that's what I did; and this is the result. The blouse is sold out because it is older than the last season but it is a very basic blouse, the only thing that makes it stand out are the sleeves with big bows. With the whole natural look I wanted to have my make-up as natural as possible so therefore a subtle lip and a natural eye.

xoxo
